Congratulations to Phyllis Caride, she received November’s Employee of the Month!!!

Phyllis has been with us since June 2015. She is a huge Animal lover. She has 4 cats and 1 guinea pig. She loves to take rides on her free time, which isn’t often because she is always working and picking up shifts.

She is truly an amazing care-giver. She is an hourly caregiver, but will also do short fill in live in for us as well. She does anything that is asked of her and does it with a beautiful smile. She will travel wherever the case is, never complaining at all! She is so compassionate with all the clients and they all love her and seem to request her to come back.

We are blessed to have her part of the AHQC Family!

A word from our Administrator;

I would like to welcome you to our very first Monthly Newsletter and would especially like to thank one of our office staff…Dana Harris…for putting this letter together each month! I appreciate Dana and all she does to communicate with our caregivers.

For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Marilyn Major and I am the Administrator of At-Home Quality Care. I have been with the agency since it started back in June of 2010 along with our owner and President, Ken Stewart and Cheryl Podhany our Asst. Administrator. Since then, we have grown from three office people (Cheryl by the way did client visits… so she was our only caregiver) to 16 office staff and 94 caregivers!! And in case you didn’t know, we have 3 offices now…Clarks Summit, Lewisburg, and Montrose!

Each month in our newsletter we will be highlighting a “Caregiver of the Month”, any current announcements or changes that pertain to all staff, and some encouraging words from myself to hopefully express my gratitude and cheer you along as you continue to serve our clients.

As we head into November and celebrate Thanksgiving… It reminds me of how thankful I am to God who continues to bless this agency and so thankful for the incredible people I get to work alongside with every day! THANK YOU…for the awesome job that you all do serving our clients and giving your best to them all throughout the year. May you have a wonderful Thanksgiving and take time to reflect on all the many blessings in your life.
